Baked Garlic & Herb Potatoes

 Super simple potato side dish that all will love.

4 large baking potatoes
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp. of garlic salt
3 tsp. of Kirkland organic seasoning or your favorite
1/8 cup oil

Wash and cut potatoes into bit size pieces and put in a gallon size ziplock bag. Add all the other ingredients to the potatoes and close bag, shake up the bag to coat evenly. Cook on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan for 30 400 degree or until soft. Turn the potatoes about half way through cook time.
